Test steps
1. Install and setup ambari-server under root
2. Go through hadoop installtion under root user. Complete installation
3. Stop and delete ambari-server and agents, delete services
4. install ambari-server once again(under the root)
5. try to rerun hadoop installation under sudo user.
Installation failed on the Confirm Hosts step with error

Registration with the server failed.
