Create custom dictionary with an older UMLS version

Hi all,

I wanted to test cTakes 4.0 annotations against the CRAFT Goldstandard for
a university thesis. Unfortunately the CRAFT texts are annotated with 2007
versions of UMLS ontologies (NCBI and GO).
Bringing cTakes to fly with a current UMLS version was a piece of cake (not
least with this mailing list...). But I could not create a custom
dictionary with the GUI using a 2007 UMLS installation..

This seems to be related to changes in the dictionary schema. E.g. in 2007
ontologies a TUI009 (Invertrabate) can be found, which is not listed any
more in the new schema.
The resulting error when starting the custom dictionary creation:
"...No enum constant org.apache.ctakes.gui.dictionary.umls.Tui.T009"

I read about the (highly configurable & with great power comes great
responsibility) cli tool. But I could not find it in the 4.0 files.

Is there a possibility to use such an old UMLS installation with cTakes 4.0?

Best Regards from Munich
