FW: Issue in conversion from PDF to TiFF using PDFBox

Hi,

I'm using PDFBox to convert a Japanese PDF to Tiff images but certain Japanese characters are missed or removed after Tiff Conversion in the image.
What can be done to solve this issue.

What PDFBox version are you using?
Where can we access your PDF?
If not, what fonts are being used?
Are they embedded?
If not, are they installed on your system?
Are there any Japanese fonts on your system?
