Table Header after Pagebreak

Hello List,

I am creating PDF Files using FOP. 
I generate an table with an header. My problem is, that I dont want to have
the header on the next site after a page break. How can I avoid this
'floating header'?

Add the following property to fo:table element:

table-omit-header-at-break="true"
