[~kwin], [~karlpauls], updated patch.... had to dig in the old jackrabbit core to lookup the proper way to convert {{Name}} objects to JCR name strings.
in version 3 also fixed the garbled namespace mapping in privileges.xml resource.
i will create a PR for review.
