Log:
No functional change, improves the tsvn:logtemplatecommit
Only fools never change their minds:
better to use a colon than 2 parenthesis!
Also to be consistent uses present.
And Explanation is clearer than abstruse French blabla.
For the rest try to minimise mouse and keyboard activity. Easy to remove unneeded lines, most of the time the 3 1st ones. Would be maybe "perfected" with usage...
