No e2e spec covers an application reaching Completed; specs stop at Completing.
The core Completed -> shim RemoveApplication path is untested end to end, and
e2e never reuses an app ID, although pods without an app ID share
{{yunikorn-<namespace>-autogen}} by default.

h3. Missing scenarios
# Completing -> Completed: app listed in {{applications/completed}} after the 30s
  completingTimeout, with {{finishedTime}} set.
# Reuse after Completed with the same explicit app ID: the pod must run.
# Same as 2 with the autogen app ID.
# Reuse while still Completing: the app returns to Running and the pod runs.

Keep assertions implementation-neutral (pod Running, app not Rejected) so they
hold before and after YUNIKORN-3218 / YUNIKORN-3519.
