The only thing this test code does is fail no matter the input file, potentially with different message (see [CoreDummy.runTest|https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/d521f149fade25f74e7ca28fa399103684a80580/itests/util/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/cli/control/CoreDummy.java#L56]). 

It is very close to "dead-code" so keeping it in the repository only adds maintenance overhead.
