html:img does not support forward attribute

The html:img taglib does not support the forward attribute so I cannot use a
forward in struts-config.xml . We have a controler that fetches binary objects
from a data store. It would be nice and clean to be able to tell the html:img
taglib to use a forward as the src, the same way we use html:link taglib.
