[I] rc.id always nil [dubbo-go]
lanux opened a new issue, #2699:

because rc.id is nil , change like :
```
func (rc *ReferenceConfig) GenericLoad(id string) {
genericService := generic.NewGenericService(id)
SetConsumerService(genericService)
rc.id = id
rc.Refer(genericService)
rc.Implement(genericService)
}
```
