hive: 3.1.2

I set multi sink to hive table in flink application then deploy it on yarn, if I run with detached mode, the application can run successful but sink nothing. And if I run without detached mode, the application would throw this exception: Could not create the DispatcherResourceManagerComponent. Attachment is the log of this application run without detached mode.
