TL;DR for all except those that already have it or those that wouldn't have it in short/mid-term.

Also, question: would it be fine to route all the travis notifications to notifications@couchdb.apache.org list, where are already all the automatically generated emails arrives (like GH pull request notifications, JIRA mails etc.)?
