1. FSImage saver/loader need to be able to recognize INodeFileUnderConstruction, INodeFileUnderConstructionWithSnapshot, and INodeFileUnderConstructionSnapshot.

2. FSImage saver/loader should be able to form the correct circular linked list for INodeFileUnderConstruction(With)Snapshot.

3. Add new corresponding unit tests and support file appending in TestSnapshot#testSnapshot.
