[dev] Regarding LibCloud Command Line Interface project idea : GSoC 2012

Hi all,

I'm Tharidu Fernando. I'm a final year(4th) computer science undergraduate at University of Colombo. I'm really interested in this project idea since I'm a experienced python programmer. Although I haven't had a exposure on LibCloud before I'm getting to know its workings now.

I saw your github link on lc-tool command-client which provides some services and it is a good idea to use it as a building block of there proposed project. Can you give me a short explanation on how this project is going to take place?
