[PR] test(audit): pin the filter option vocabularies [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ### What
   
   AuditFilterOptionsVO is what the audit filter dropdowns are built from. It had no test. This pins: the four vocabularies - operation types, resource types, cluster ids and results - travel together, and a fresh options set offers no dropdowns at all.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean.
   - Discriminating mutation: a default was injected into one vocabulary (red).
   - Restored: green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
