September 2010 Board report

Started working on the September board report (
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/September2010) .

Did I miss anything? Anyone else want to add anything?

I changed "Multiple Apache releases" to "Another Apache release", WDYT?
I think ESME will be good to go, as far as releases come, once another
one is done.

Signed off the report as well.

Looks good to me.

On a related note, did you know that you can go to the main Jira page
for ESME, then Releases, then the "Release Notes" for Release 1.1 to
get an automatically generated list, including an HTML version?

I'm not sure if it includes everything because we were a little
forgiving about assigning issues to releases before a few months ago,
but hopefully for future releases it will automate the process.
