Filtering unknown Charset

Is there any way of filtering out unknown charsets as in the examples below:-

Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-61FC-B"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable


Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8FCB-F"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable


Lately we have receiving spam with randon generated iso- ????? sets.
