[Bug 117941] Insert two or more image files to master document, program crashed.

I tried to recreate the issue based on the details provided in the initial
report.The steps provided in the initial report are helpful.

I have used Window 7 operating system and AOO 4.0.1. Writer .

Exactly followed the steps written in the intial report and used only 2 JPEG
files.

Actual result :

 I have received a  msg "Open Office 4.0.1 stopped working". When I tried to
close the program I am unable to close Open Office.I tried to close the Open
office thru the task manager and still I was unable to do so.
I think the only option left is need to reboot the computer.I think this is a
critcal issue.
