APT Title not showing up

Hi,

Anyone know if the apt processor Title semantics have
changed?

I tried this at the top of my document:

                                    ------
                                    Title
                                    ------
                                    ------
                                     Date
                                    ------

But nothing shows up.

Ideas?

Title will show up in the title bar for the window of your browser, i.e. 
normally right above the menus of the browser.
