   @gnodet - set the `WSK_CLI_DEBUG` environment variable (to any value) to enable additional tracing to see where the cli is pulling the apihost value from.  run both the `wsk property get` and `wsk package list` commands and compare the first few lines trace output that indicates the location of the properties file.  maybe there is a difference..
