Synopsis: Apache aborts on startup

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: rbb
State-Changed-When: Tue Sep 4 12:25:17 PDT 2001
State-Changed-Why:
This looks to be fixed in the latest CVS tree. This was
tested by loading SSL into the server without the SSL
.DLL in the path, so that the library was not available
to the server. The server reported the error correctly,
and did not seg fault.

Please re-test with a later version of Apache 2.0, and let
us know if this problem is not solved.
