[PR] test: make staging cancellation ordering deterministic [opendal-yinyang]

Xuanwo opened a new pull request, #65:
URL: https://github.com/apache/opendal-yinyang/pull/65

   # Which issue does this PR close?

Native frontend stack follow-up; depends on #64. No issue closed.

   # Rationale for this change

The staging cancellation test can abort a writer before it actually submits its blocking SQL closure. A failed `try_lock` may observe a reserved Tokio mutex permit, not completed submission, so the test can incorrectly report a missing accepted write.

   # What changes are included in this PR?

Poll the write future directly until its first suspension while the only blocking worker is occupied, then drop it to cancel the caller. The later read still must observe the queued write. This replaces scheduler-dependent observation with control over the actual submission boundary; production behavior is unchanged.

   # Are there any user-facing changes?

None. This makes the cancellation-ordering regression test deterministic.
