I used the struts-blank.war to create a simple send mail program in order to 
send e-mail.  Everything works fine if I don't include the commons-logging.jar 
in the WAR file.  As soon as the commons-logging.jar is included, the send 
mail program stops sending e-mail and gives no error at all.  I tried to use 
the commons-logging.jar from 1.2.6, and the program is still not sending the 
mail.  Don't understand why.
