Hyracks version change

Dear VXQuery devs,


Please note that the fullstack_staging branch at 
https://hyracks.googlecode.com/svn/branches/fullstack_staging has been 
updated to 0.2.3-SNAPSHOT.

VXQuery in trunk has been updated to use this new version of Hyracks. 
Please be sure to checkout the fullstack_staging branch of Hyracks and 
perform "mvn install" locally, before trying to build vxquery from trunk.
