[PR] Fix stale auth-middleware comments [airavata-portals]

yasithdev opened a new pull request, #218:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airavata-portals/pull/218

The session/bearer auth middlewares are wired in `settings.MIDDLEWARE`, but their comments still claimed "NOT wired into settings yet" and referenced the since-removed `token_authentication.KeycloakTokenAuthentication` class. Updates the section header, the `keycloak_bearer_middleware` docstring, and the non-admin-default comment to describe the live state. Comments only.

   ## Test plan
   - `py_compile` of middleware.py passes; 0 remaining `NOT wired`/`KeycloakTokenAuthentication` references.
