The test case failed while checking the snapshot state.
It checks the snapshot state in (BackedUp, CreatedOnPrimary) only whereas snapshot could also be "Allocated" because the snapshot gets Allocated first on primary storage before getting created in primary storage and getting backed up on secondary storage.
