[ANNOUNCEMENT] Apache Camel K 1.3.2 released

The Camel community announces the immediate availability of Apache
Camel K 1.3.2.
This release was needed mainly to fix issues that arose after the release
of 1.3.1. You can find more information in the release notes[1].

The artifacts are published and ready for you to download either
from the Apache mirrors or from the Github repository [1].

Many thanks to all who made this release possible.
