[PR] fix(dv): reject trailing bitmap data [iceberg-go]

   The portable roaring bitmap count frames the complete payload, but the decoder currently accepts and ignores bytes after the declared entries. This allows malformed deletion-vector bitmap data to pass validation.
   
   Require the input reader to be exhausted after decoding all bitmap entries.
   
   Tests: `go test ./table/dv -count=1`
