As I recall, this requires installing 3rd party sw on my local machine?  And, if I recall correctly, I think my company does not support this particular sw installation.

Related: I have opened Jira's in the past (for example 8702) about not being notified about the DUCC demo webserver being unresponsive.  It's been 24 hours since system reboot and once again I was not notified?
