Currently if user intends to use {{AddressResolver}}, he is forced to create his own implementation and deploy it on all nodes. This is a complete overkill for a simple mapping between internal and external addresses, which is actually needed in majority of cases.

We can provide our own {{BasicAddressResolver}} which will contain a {{Map<String, String>}} that will describe the mapping and can be easily specified in the XML configuration.
