The JIRA title doesn't seem accurate. The {{java8}} module only contains examples and tests.

The examples should (naturally) be merged into the flink-example submodules.
The tests should be divided across {{flink-java}} (LambdaExtractionTest), {{flink-cep}} (CEPLambdaTest),  {{flink-runtime}} (JarFileCreatorLambdaTest) and probably {{flink-tests}} (*ITCase).
