[MailboxAPI] Eliminate MessageResult.getMail...?
MessageResult.getMail (see 1) is unused and MessageResultImpl lacks
a concrete implementation. IMHO the API should either stick to
MimeMessage or to Mail: supporting alternative representations seems
an unnecessary burden on the implementor.
