Top right menu won't open after upgrade

Hi all,

I just upgraded my 1.4.1 cluster to 1.7.1 and discovered that the top right menu is not opening when clicking on it.
Anyone got this problem before? I can see that my three servers have formed a cluster but can't access any of the templates/cluster menu anymore.

I've already checked the console for error when clicking on the menu and there are none. I do, however, see two errors when loading the page

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 (Conflict)
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 (Conflict)

Sounds like possibly a caching issue.  Try doing a hard cache clear/refresh in your web browser.

Hello
