[lang] Which bugs?

Okay, which bugs were fixed between 1.0.1 and 2.0. I think this is the
list in that these are the bugs marked as FIXED between the release of
1.0.1 [Nov 25th 2002] and now.

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=RESOLVED&resolution=FIXED&email1=&emailtype1=substring&emailassigned_to1=1&email2=&emailtype2=substring&emailreporter2=1&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&changedin=&votes=&chfield=resolution&chfieldfrom=11%2F25%2F2002&chfieldto=Now&chfieldvalue=FIXED&product=Commons&component=Lang&short_desc=&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&keywords=&keywords_type=anywords&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=&cmdtype=doit&order=Reuse+same+sort+as+last+time

How do we want to handle this for next time?

With each release, should we change the status of a bug to CLOSED?

If so, I would close the 6 bugs that I think we fixed on 1.0.1, then after
this release I would close all 47 [aargh] bugs fixed we have in this
release.

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=RESOLVED&resolution=FIXED&email1=&emailtype1=substring&emailassigned_to1=1&email2=&emailtype2=substring&emailreporter2=1&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&changedin=&votes=&chfield=resolution&chfieldfrom=10%2F04%2F2002&chfieldto=11%2F25%2F2002&chfieldvalue=FIXED&product=Commons&component=Lang&short_desc=&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&keywords=&keywords_type=anywords&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=&cmdtype=doit&order=Reuse+same+sort+as+last+time

Yes, Closed would be the appropriate status.
