Welcome, everything is ready for the Portuguese translation and I hope 
we can finally get it done!

The Portuguese translation is tracked here:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121816

You should put yourself in CC for that issue: you will need to create a 
Bugzilla account (same link, see top of page), then flag "Add me to CC 
list", save and then you will automatically receive all notifications.

In the first comment you find a link to the PO files. I recommend that 
you read both http://www.openoffice.org/l10n/how_to_join.html and the 
"Tips for translators" at http://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html 
before you start working.

The process is still a bit technical: feel free to send any questions, 
even basic ones, to this mailing list. And when you actually start 
translating, please add a comment to the issue page saying something 
like "I'm translating all folders from 'accessibility' to 'l10n'", so 
that we can coordinate better.
