[jira] Created: (GERONIMO-4152) Add a way to show/hide parent and
child components of modules in the console
Add a way to show/hide parent and child components of modules in the console
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GERONIMO-4152
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-4152
Project: Geronimo
Issue Type: Improvement
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Components: console
Affects Versions: 2.2
Reporter: Jarek Gawor
Assignee: Jarek Gawor
Currently, the admin console when you click to see all installed web applications or system modules, etc. shows parent and child components for each listed module. I think the average user does not care about the parent and child components information but yet that takes the most area on the screen.
The idea is to add a checkbox (or something like that) to control whether the parent and child components should be displayed in the console. By default, the parent and child components would not be displayed.

Jarek Gawor commented on GERONIMO-4152:
---------------------------------------
I added a checkbox to show/hide parent and child components of modules. The checkbox sets a cookie so that the option is preserved between server restarts or when viewing other types of modules. Changes committed to trunk (revision 670694).
