[Bug 2753] - build error using JavaSDK1.3.0 and JavaSDK1.3.1

! Can you check that the tools.jar you have is not somehow corrupt. I'd say that
! this is not an Ant bug and stacktrace is obviously emanating from within the
! Sun compiler code, as you assumed too.
