Yeah, you can see what's already backported in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/trafficserver/traffic/branches/3.0.x/CHANGES
and pending proposals for backports are in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/trafficserver/traffic/branches/3.0.x/STATUS
The latter is also where you would vote on suggested ports, and add new
proposals.
