   This PR as is cant be accepted.  It conflates batches with transactions.  If that is a route we want to go we need to articulate why because the current behavior is proven to work very well with extremely large transactions comprised of many many batches against various databases.  And of course if we do go that route then we also have to deal with partial transfers whereby we've sent and committed some data but more needs to go and nifi gets restarted in the middle.
