Apache 2.0.32....and Windows XP

Is there anyone out there that has got
Apache v2.0.32B running on Windows XP?

I know, I know...why am I running on Windows... :)

Hmmm...I must have some firewall issues...I installed it
intially as a service and the service starts and then stops immediately
with what appears to be socket errors.  I verified that port 80
wasn't blocked....so I guess I am confused...if you have any other
ideas I would greatly appreciate it..

I have it running on Windows XP.  When I installed it the service wasn't
running so I had to do this (from the newsgroup):

  cd ..     [to your Apache2 directory]
  bin\apache -k install -n Apache2

Don't know if that'll help but it worked for me.
