[FileUpload]Any existing library that helps to generate http request that FileUpload understands

Does anybody know if there is existing Java
library/utilities that can be used to generate http
request that FileUpload understands? I'm interested in
generating the http request directly without using
HTML forms.

Thanks,

- michelle
