Tomcat in IDE

Hello,

I'm trying to use Tomcat in IDE, but it doesn't work. 
I tried to use SimpleStartup, but it's broken. There was some posts about
this, but without right answer. So, how can I start Tomcat? By using some
startup java file (where can I find one?) or some other way?
