    Description: {{DfsLogger.LOG_FILE_HEADER_V\[2|3\] }} is serialized as UTF-8, but read/compared using the system charset. It should use UTF-8 also.  (was: {{DfsLogger.LOG_FILE_HEADER_V{2|3}}} is serialized as UTF-8, but read/compared using the system charset. It should use UTF-8 also.)
