Enhance import task with filterset

Import task now allows to externalize common tasks which is great as it allows 
to build libraries of common ANT tasks. The import task could be further 
enhanced by enabling filtersets etc.. Thus one could create a directory with 
ant import files and import thesefiles with just one import tag instead of one 
tag for each file.
