For Wildfly server support need to uninstall Java EE base plugin, then enable 8.2 Plugins and install Java EE base plugin again. Downloading dependency packages or plugins timed out randomly. Need to copy URL, download npm from web browser and install manually.
Warning: networking problem in https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/updates/11.0/enterprise/<randomplugin>.npm
Version: netbeans 10, 11
OS: Linux 64bit / 4.19 latest kernel
Networks tested: 6 without proxies
