removing couchdb adapter

Hi,

I would like to remove the couchdb adapter from trunk. The library it
relies on is not under active development anymore and, what is even
worse, I can't find it in the maven central repository, currently it's
pulled from a private repo of Dan Diephouse.

Does anyone have a problem with that?
