[Proposal] revise date ranges to be consistent
Hi guys:
There are two different date range filters in DS currently.
1. left closed and right closed(This applies only to complement data. Modified in this PR: https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/pull/7585). For example, you need to fill in the data from 2022 January 1 to 2022 January 10. You need to choose date range from 2022 May 1 to 2022 May 10.
2. left closed and right open(This applies to all date filters except complement data). For example, you need to fill in the data from 2022 May 1 to 2022 May 10. You need to choose date range from 2022 January 1 to 2022 January 11.
In order to make it easy for users to understand. I think we should revise date ranges to be consistent.
