   - Lazy Loading Routes
   - Use Library and Component on Demand (especially in the first screen)
   - Multi Page Entry Points in Webpack
   - Code Splitting in Webpack
   - Split Chunks in Webpack
   - Use Tool: webpack-bundle-analyzer and coverage
   - Image Compression
   - Combine small js and css files
