Ready for next installer RC?

Justin,

Saw you made a bunch of changes.  Do you have more planned?  Otherwise
I'll cut the next RC.

Yes, saw lots of nice things in there.  Do you have time to update the
release notes?  I can wait another hour or so.

Yep all done - although I've not updated the release notes with the changes I've just made. There's a reasonable number a few installer outstanding issue BTW.
