    Description: For a bunch of test suites that appear to have longest time to run on Teamcity, find out if it is possible to apply ["scale factor" utilities|https://github.com/apache/ignite/blob/master/modules/core/src/test/java/org/apache/ignite/testframework/GridTestUtils.java|see ScaleFactorUtil here] to seed up these and do necessary rework if it is.
